The sixth season of Apple TV+'s espionage thriller "Slow Horses" is set to conclude with its sixth episode, airing on October 21. The series has also secured early renewals for its seventh and eighth seasons.
The season finale, titled "Judgment Day," will see Lamb (Sir Gary Oldman) and Taverner (Kristin Scott Thomas) joining forces as the safe house becomes compromised. Fans can anticipate the episode's release on Apple TV+ at 9:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, October 20, ahead of the official premiere date.
"Slow Horses" Season 6 consists of a total of six episodes, consistent with previous seasons. The series, based on Mick Herron's Slough House spy novel series, has garnered a strong following, leading to the early renewal for two more seasons.
Season 7 is expected to adapt the eighth novel in the series, "Bad Actors." The synopsis for "Bad Actors" describes a governmental think-tank investigating the intelligence service, with its key member missing. The trail leads to MI5's Regent's Park, implicating Diana Taverner, and raising questions about her counterpart from Moscow and Jackson Lamb's knowledge of the events.
"Slow Horses" is available for streaming on Apple TV+. New subscribers can access a seven-day free trial, with a monthly subscription costing $14.99 for ad-free streaming. A bundle including Apple TV+ and Peacock is also available starting at $14.99 per month.
