‘Slow Horses’ Season 6: A Guide to the New and Returning Cast

Season 6 of the Apple TV+ spy series Slow Horses welcomes new cast members and characters as the Slough House agents face new dangers. Returning stars include Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb, Kristin Scott Thomas as Diana Taverner, Jack Lowden as River Cartwright, Saskia Reeves as Catherine Standish, Rosalind Eleazar as Louisa Guy, Christopher Chung as Roddy Ho, and Tom Brooke as J.K. Coe.

New additions to the cast for Season 6 include Lenny Rush, Kyle Soller, MyAnna Buring, and Harry Lloyd. Several actors with previous involvement in the series also return with more prominent roles, including Olivia Cooke, Ruth Bradley, Samuel West, and Joanna Scanlan.

Olivia Cooke reprises her role as Sidonie “Sid” Baker, a former Slough House agent believed to be dead. Cooke has an extensive filmography, with credits including A Talent for Murder, House of the Dragon, and Ready Player One.

Lenny Rush joins the cast as Reece Nesmith, a young witness to a murder. Rush has appeared in nearly 20 film and TV productions, such as Am I Being Unreasonable?, Enola Holmes 2, and Doctor Who.

Kyle Soller and MyAnna Buring portray two assassins, Jim and Jane, who are hunting the Slow Horses. Soller's previous work includes Death by Lightning, Andor, and Poldark. Buring, an actor and writer, has over 70 credits, including The Witcher, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2, and Downton Abbey.

Ruth Bradley returns as Emma Flyte, an increasingly vital member of the Slow Horses team. Bradley's other acting credits include Ted Lasso, Humans, and Love/Hate.

Harry Lloyd is introduced as Damien Cantor, the owner of a right-leaning British news channel who becomes involved with MI5. Lloyd's extensive credits include Prime Target, Game of Thrones, and Manhattan.

Samuel West returns as Peter Judd, a politician whose past appearances spanned Seasons 1-3 and Season 5. West has over 100 film and TV credits, including Howards End, Van Helsing, and All Creatures Great & Small.

Joanna Scanlan reprises her role as Moira Tregorian, an MI5 administrative worker first seen in Season 4. Scanlan's career includes over 100 credits, such as The Thick of It, Big School, and The Larkins.

Lucian Msamati is set to appear as Oliver Nash, Chairman of the Limitations Committee that oversees MI-5. Msamati's nearly 50 film and television roles include Game of Thrones, His Dark Materials, and Luther.

New episodes of Slow Horses Season 6 are released Wednesdays on Apple TV+.
