Sir Kevin Sinfield has shared the poignant details of his final meeting with his best friend, Rob Burrow, before Burrow's death from motor neurone disease (MND) in June 2024.

Sinfield, 46, the former Leeds Rhinos captain, returned from an England rugby camp upon learning that Burrow was near the end of his life. He traveled north to be with his friend, whom he found in a private room with breathing apparatus.
