Singer Ella Langley Cancels Tulsa Concert Due to Security Threat

Country singer Ella Langley was forced to cancel her Friday night concert at Tulsa's BOK Center due to what she described as a "serious security threat."

Langley, known for her hit "Choosin' Texas," announced the cancellation on social media, stating that the decision was made in consultation with local authorities, the venue, and her security team. She expressed regret for the inconvenience to fans who had planned to attend.

"I know how much time, travel, money, and planning goes into coming to a show, and I can't tell you how sorry I am," Langley wrote. "This is not a decision that was made lightly. I was so looking forward to spending tonight with you, but your safety will always mean more to me than anything else. I refuse to put anyone in harm's way."

Tulsa police later clarified that the incident involved a "false bomb threat call." A sweep of the venue by K-9 officers found no evidence of danger, according to local news outlet News On 6.
