Sienna Miller has opened up about the unique co-parenting dynamic she shares with her ex-partner Tom Sturridge and his fiancée, Alexa Chung. Miller, 44, who shares 13-year-old daughter Marlowe with Sturridge, revealed that her daughter frequently seeks fashion advice from both her and Chung.
Sturridge, 40, and Chung, 42, have been a couple for four years. They made their relationship public in 2022, attending Wimbledon alongside Miller and her current partner, Oli Green, 29. The two couples have been seen together on multiple occasions.
Miller described a recent instance where she sought Chung's input for an outfit for the London premiere of the Oasis documentary. "I texted her and said, 'I'm going to the Oasis premiere tonight. What do I wear?'" Miller recalled in an interview with British Vogue. "And she said, 'If I were blonde, I'd be in a slutty black dress all day long. Find something Carrie Bradshaw and put it with a mule.'"
Following Chung's advice, Miller wore a camel wool coat over a black dress, paired with pink suede heels. She admitted that since the birth of her third child in May, she has found herself in a "strange place" with her personal style.
Marlowe also reportedly takes style cues from both Miller and Chung. "She says she likes bottom halves from me and top halves from Alexa – and she doesn't hold back with the criticism," Miller said of her daughter. She recounted an instance where Marlowe criticized a blue Chloé suede jacket as looking "Napoleoooon!" prompting Miller to change.
Miller, who also has a two-year-old daughter with Green, recently spoke about the surprise of her later-life pregnancies. She expressed a long-held desire for another child, stating, "I had thought, by the time I was 40, that it wouldn't happen... It was such a surprise, and it was such a bonus that I was just euphoric."
Chung and Sturridge have been the subject of engagement speculation since 2024, when they were seen wearing matching rings. Sources close to the couple at the time indicated that Chung had confirmed the engagement to friends and that wedding plans were underway.
