The couple, who welcomed their second child together in April and became engaged two months later, typically keep their relationship away from the public eye.

Miller, 44, posted a collection of photos on Instagram, including one of the couple sharing a passionate kiss. She captioned the image with birthday wishes for Green, referring to him as the "best daddy," "best son," and "best big brother." Additional candid shots showed the pair enjoying cocktails, and Miller playfully showcased her engagement ring.

In a lighthearted moment, Miller shared a close-up of Green in bed, joking, "It's a shame you're ugly but you can't have it all in this life." The couple also welcomed a daughter in January 2024. Miller is also mother to 14-year-old daughter Marlowe from her previous relationship with actor Tom Sturridge.

Earlier this year, Miller disclosed details about Green's proposal. She revealed on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show that Green proposed during a walk in Central Park shortly after the birth of their second child. The engagement occurred on May 14, three weeks after she gave birth. Miller recalled being surprised by the proposal, noting her "greasiest hair" and "stains on the T-shirt" at the time, describing it as "full postpartum beauty."

Miller also shared the unique way she and Green first connected. They met at a Halloween party where Miller was dressed as David Bowie. Although they met then, they did not begin dating until seven years later, also at the same Halloween party where they shared their first kiss.
