Shoppers Report Improved Sleep and Vivid Dreams With Adjustable Pillow
Users claim an $89 pillow from Coop Home Goods has resolved sleep disturbances and enhanced sleep quality.
Consumers are reporting significant improvements in sleep quality, including more vivid dreams, attributed to the Coop Home Goods Original Adjustable Pillow. The $89 pillow, available on Amazon, features a blend of shredded memory foam and microfiber, offering a customizable firmness and loft.
Shoppers have noted a reduction in common sleep disturbances such as tossing and turning, neck pain, and back discomfort. One user stated, "I’ve only used this for five nights, but I’m getting a full hour more sleep, and I’m actually having vivid dreams that had eluded me for a while." This individual interpreted the vivid dreams as an indicator of restorative REM sleep.
The pillow's design allows users to add or remove filling to match their specific comfort needs. This adjustability is frequently cited as a key factor in its effectiveness. Users tracking their sleep with devices like Fitbits have reported measurable decreases in restlessness and a greater sense of being refreshed upon waking.
Beyond its adjustability, the pillow is encased in a breathable cover made from a blend of polyester and bamboo-derived viscose. Its medium-firm feel is particularly favored by individuals who sleep on their backs or sides. Reviewers have compared it favorably to more expensive alternatives, with one stating, "From the cheap to the super expensive. Down to memory foam and everything in between. Coop is far and away the best."
The Coop Home Goods Original Adjustable Pillow holds GREENGUARD Gold and CertiPUR-US certifications, indicating that the foam used in its construction meets safety standards.
