Las Vegas police responded Tuesday to a report of gunshots fired inside a Starbucks, located near the courthouse where the trial of an alleged accomplice in the murder of Tupac Shakur was underway.

Officers arrived at the scene on Casino Center Boulevard around 1 p.m. after dispatchers received calls about gunfire. According to reports, police found no victim at the location. The incident occurred as proceedings in the trial of Duane "Keefe D" Davis, 62, entered its second day. Davis has pleaded not guilty to charges that he orchestrated the 1996 killing of the hip-hop artist, also known as 2Pac.

Reports indicated the gunfire was heard around the time members of Tupac Shakur's family were leaving the courthouse for lunch. Police have not yet released information on whether any evidence of the shooting was found or if any arrests were made.

The police response did not disrupt the ongoing trial of Davis.
