Sheinelle Jones has playfully addressed ongoing rumors that she might join the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City. During a September 8 episode of "Today with Jenna and Sheinelle," the show's guests were the cast of the popular Bravo series.

Jones's co-host, Jenna Bush Hager, brought up speculation that Jones, 48, could be a potential addition to the Housewives franchise. Bush Hager asked the RHONY cast members present to raise their hands if they thought Jones should join the show next season, and all of them did.

When asked directly by Bush Hager if she would ever consider joining the show, Jones responded, "We're going to keep the suspense." Bush Hager then quipped, "That's a maybe!"

Jones further engaged by asking the RHONY cast how many hours a day they typically spend filming, a question Bush Hager jokingly suggested was an attempt to gather insider information.

This is not the first time Jones has addressed the persistent rumors. In September 2025, Bravo executive Andy Cohen appeared on "Today" and directly questioned Jones about the speculation. At the time, Jones described the rumors as causing her phone to "continue to explode." When Cohen asked if she would consider a spot on the cast, Jones responded with "I plead the fifth," teasing that Cohen seemed enthusiastic about the idea. "It's just good television, leave me alone," she said at the time.

The new season of The Real Housewives of New York premiered on the same Tuesday, featuring the return of Carole Radziwill, who previously appeared from seasons five through ten. She joins current cast members Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, and Jessel Taank, along with newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye. Toye is known as Martha Stewart's makeup artist, and Stewart herself makes a cameo in the upcoming season.
