Shark Glossi Tool Named Best Hair Dryer in New York Post Awards

The Shark Glossi 2-in-1 Hot Tool and Air Glosser has been recognized as the best overall hair dryer in the New York Post's inaugural Made It Here Awards.

The awards, launched in October, celebrate products that demonstrate exceptional performance and deliver on their promises. The New York Post's editorial team tested numerous hair tools to determine the winners.

The Shark Glossi, a multitasking beauty tool that combines drying and styling functions, was specifically highlighted for its ability to create smooth, glossy blowouts. It features a two-in-one design that integrates powerful airflow with heated ceramic plates, aiming to simplify the styling process by reducing the need for multiple tools.

During testing, the Glossi was evaluated on criteria including drying speed, ease of use, frizz control, and the final appearance of the hair. The tool's versatility was noted, with a "Wet Mode" for styling damp hair and a "Dry Mode" for refreshing existing styles or adding polish. Its design includes a brush with detangling and smoothing bristles and a teardrop-shaped head intended to provide root volume. The tool also incorporates heat-regulating technology to maintain consistent temperatures.

The Shark Glossi 2-in-1 Hot Tool and Air Glosser is available at Sephora. The retailer's Savings Event began on October 30. During this event, Sephora's Rouge Beauty Insiders receive a 20% discount sitewide, while VIB members and Insiders get 15% and 10% off, respectively, starting November 3. The promotion runs through November 9, with the online code ALLONSALE applicable at checkout.
