Earl Thompson, ex-boyfriend of "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador, has undergone a significant physical transformation, including plastic surgery and weight loss using Ozempic, following their separation last year. Thompson, 61, shared details of his "extreme makeover" in a recent interview.

Thompson underwent a neck lift and upper and lower blepharoplasty procedures performed by Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon Dr. Nicholas Nikolov. He stated that the goal was to address concerns about looking "old and tired" and to achieve a more youthful and energetic appearance. "The goal was to give him a cleaner appearance and make him look more youthful and energetic while avoiding showing any signs of having had surgical help in getting there," Dr. Nikolov told the Daily Mail.

He also revealed that he lost approximately 40 pounds during his time filming Bravo's "Love Hotel" through a combination of gym workouts and the use of a semaglutide, commonly known as Ozempic. Thompson explained that he used GLP-1 medications to help reduce his appetite and shed stubborn weight that was difficult to lose through diet and exercise alone. He has since lost an additional 20 pounds.

Thompson and Beador met while filming "Love Hotel" and their relationship continued after the show concluded, despite residing on opposite coasts. Beador had previously stated that while they had "hiccups," their time together was "really good" when things were going well. Ultimately, the long-distance nature and personality differences contributed to their breakup.

Beador is currently preparing for the 20th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," which will feature the return of original cast member Vicki Gunvalson and the addition of newcomer Carmella Garcia. Thompson mentioned reaching out to Beador following the passing of her dog, Archie, but did not receive a response.

Thompson indicated that he is not currently planning further cosmetic procedures, expressing satisfaction with the results of his recent surgeries. He also spoke about his current focus on acting and voiceover work, while remaining open to finding new love in the future.
