Seven individuals have been charged in connection with vandalism at Donald Trump's Turnberry golf course in Scotland, with prosecutors alleging a 'terrorist connection' to the acts. The charges stem from an incident in March 2025 when graffiti was sprayed on the resort's hotel and golf course, and damage was inflicted on the greens.

Police responded to the Trump Turnberry course in South Ayrshire on March 8, 2025, following reports of vandalism. According to court documents, the defendants are accused of maliciously damaging property, including digging up turf, spraying weed killer on fairways and greens, and applying paint to a building, walls, and a signpost. Slogans such as 'Gaza is not for sale' and 'free gaza' were reportedly spray-painted on the premises.

The indictment further states that the alleged offenses included painting political and offensive slogans on the grass, scoring a political slogan into the turf, and damaging a sprinkler system. It will be asserted in court that the offense was aggravated by having a terrorist connection.

The seven individuals charged are Kieran Robson, 35; Uzma Bashir, 56; Ricky Southall, 34; Autumn Taylor Ward, 22; Rebecca Sian Davies, 29; John Moxley, 58; and Dylan Chiaramello, 24. They were scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing at the High Court in Glasgow, which has since been postponed to October.

The words 'free gaza' were also spray painted in red on a wall at the resort

Three of the accused, Robson, Bashir, and Davies, also face charges of attempting to defeat the ends of justice. They are accused of using vehicles with false registration numbers to travel to and from the resort.

The Crown Office has stated it will not comment on live cases. The incident occurred amidst ongoing international events that may have influenced the political messaging seen in the graffiti.
