Selma Blair to Attend Fan Convention Amidst Assault Charges

Actress Selma Blair is still slated to attend 90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut, this weekend, according to event organizers. The announcement comes despite Blair facing federal and state charges stemming from an alleged incident aboard a Delta flight on Sunday.

Thats4Entertainment, the sponsor of the annual fan convention, confirmed Blair's appearance via an Instagram post. The actress is scheduled to participate in the event, which celebrates 1990s pop culture, starting Friday through Sunday. Attendees can purchase autographs for $60, a combo for $100, and professional photo opportunities for $85.

The charges against Blair follow an alleged disruption on Delta Flight 938 en route to New York. Reports indicate that Blair attacked and bit a flight attendant, leading to her restraint by the crew. Upon landing in Queens, she was taken to Jamaica Hospital for evaluation, where she allegedly assaulted a police officer and a nurse.

Blair is now facing a federal assault violation for the flight incident and two state assault charges in Queens. She was released on $20,000 bail following her arraignment on the state charges Monday night.

Other notable figures scheduled to appear at 90s Con include John Stamos, Joey Fatone, Lorenzo Lamas, Tara Reid, Heather Locklear, Daphne Zuniga, and Jane Seymour. The convention, founded in 2022, features celebrity meet-and-greets, Q&A panels, and autograph sales.
