A massive search is underway for a 19-year-old Kentucky woman who disappeared from a boat party on Grayson Lake. Marly Kinney was last seen around 4 p.m. on Wednesday in Carter County.

Authorities, including the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources and Kentucky State Police, have deployed sonar, K-9 teams, and heat-seeking drones in an effort to locate Kinney. The search encompasses both the lake and surrounding areas.

Kinney was reportedly on a pontoon boat with at least 10 friends when she went overboard to use the restroom. Her friends did not immediately realize she was missing. Information regarding her exact location on the lake when she went overboard has not been released.

Kinney is described as 5-foot-5, approximately 125 pounds, with black hair. She was last seen wearing a pink, orange, and white bikini.

Her family has shared a missing-person flyer, urging anyone with information to contact Kentucky Fish and Wildlife or the state police. The Carter County Sheriff's Office has stated it is not directly involved in the investigation but is directing relevant information to the primary agencies leading the search.

Officials have released limited details as the investigation continues.
