Sean 'Diddy' Combs Reportedly Hospitalized With Head Injury

Sean "Diddy" Combs was reportedly rushed from prison to a hospital due to a medical emergency involving a head injury. TMZ reported that Combs, 56, was transported from FCI Fort Dix to a nearby medical facility, though the circumstances of his injury remain unclear.

Representatives for Combs stated they are "aware of the reports" and are "working to confirm the circumstances," adding that "Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern."

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has not confirmed the alleged injuries, citing privacy, safety, and security reasons for not commenting on the conditions of incarcerated individuals. "For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for any incarcerated individual, including quarters assignment or medical status," the BOP said in a statement.

Sources told TMZ that Combs remained conscious and able to speak while being treated for the non-life-threatening injury.

Combs's prison release date has reportedly shifted since he began serving his sentence. In July, he was allegedly involved in a fight with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix, which led to a period in solitary confinement. The incident reportedly began after a remark from a fellow inmate.

He is now expected to be released in March 2028. Combs was arrested in September 2024 on federal sex trafficking charges, following numerous allegations of sexual misconduct and civil lawsuits. The arrest came after surveillance footage emerged appearing to show the rapper assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

In July 2025, a jury convicted Combs on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was sentenced in October 2025 to over four years in prison. During sentencing, the prosecution had recommended 135 months, or just over 11 years. He was acquitted of the more serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

In addition to his prison term, Combs was ordered to serve five years of supervised release and pay a $500,000 fine.
