Scott and Kelley Wolf to Proceed with Divorce Despite Reuniting

Scott Wolf and his estranged wife, Kelley, have announced they will move forward with their divorce proceedings, despite having reunited following Kelley's mental health struggles. The couple, who share three children, stated that after spending time "home together as a family, focusing on healing, rebuilding and finding stability after an extraordinarily difficult season," they have "decided to move forward with our divorce."

In a joint statement to People, they expressed that their "hearts are heavy, but they are also filled with gratitude for the years we spent together, for all that we shared and built, for our loving marriage, and most of all, for our incredible children." They added that they are "deeply grateful" for the support they have received.

The statement followed a February reunion where the couple and their children, Jackson, 17, Miller, 13, and Lucy, 12, spent a day at Universal Studios Hollywood. Kelley, 49, and Scott, 58, shared photos from the outing on social media with the caption, "Healing. Thank you @unistudios for an epic day at the park! So much fun!"

Scott Wolf had previously told People that he decided to reunite with Kelley because he felt his "family deserved to have things not just sit in some kind of awful dark place in terms of perception." He added, "I love all of those four people and all of those four people love each other."

The couple's separation became public in June 2025 when Kelley announced their divorce after 21 years of marriage. Shortly thereafter, she was taken to the hospital on an involuntary hold after accusing the actor of abuse. She later claimed she was placed on a second involuntary hold and experienced police brutality during detainment.

Following the finalization of a temporary agreement regarding custody, finances, and communication, Scott dropped a restraining order he had filed against Kelley. In August 2026, Kelley revealed on Instagram that she had been diagnosed with "breakthrough drug-induced mania with psychosis," which she attributed to stress, past trauma, hormonal changes, hallucinogens, and prescription medications. She also issued an apology to Scott for the turmoil. Scott Wolf responded to her post with a series of heart emojis in the comments section.

The couple concluded their recent statement by saying they will "move forward into this next chapter, guided by love as co-parents to our children, and by our shared commitment to the best and brightest future for our family."
