Savannah Chrisley's Fiancé Identified as Trump-Pardoned Fraudster with Hunter Biden Ties

Savannah Chrisley's fiancé has been identified as Jason Galanis, a convicted fraudster who is 27 years her senior. Galanis, 56, was previously sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for his involvement in two schemes that defrauded a Native American tribe and investors out of tens of millions of dollars.

In September 2020, Galanis was ordered to forfeit approximately $80 million in proceeds and pay an equal amount in restitution. However, his prison sentence was commuted by former President Donald Trump in March 2025. The White House did not provide a specific reason for the clemency, but the order relieved Galanis of his financial penalties and the remainder of his prison time.

Galanis was also an associate of Hunter Biden and testified in the Republican impeachment inquiry into former President Joe Biden in March 2024, while still incarcerated.

Chrisley, who recently announced she is expecting her first child, had been attempting to keep her fiancé out of the public eye. The identity of Galanis was confirmed by Us Weekly.
