Savannah Chrisley's Fiancé and Father Incarcerated at Same Federal Facility
Jason Galanis, who is expecting a child with Savannah Chrisley, and her father Todd Chrisley, both served time at the same Pensacola, Florida facility.
Jason Galanis, the fiancé of Savannah Chrisley with whom she is expecting a child, served time in the same federal prison as Chrisley's father, Todd Chrisley. Both men were incarcerated at the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida, for eight months between January and August of 2023.
Savannah Chrisley, 29, revealed on Tuesday that she is pregnant with her first child. Her partner was identified by US Weekly as Jason Galanis, 56. Federal authorities have stated that Galanis was sentenced to over 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple fraud schemes. He was sentenced in September 2020 for orchestrating financial fraud operations, one of which involved defrauding a Native American tribe and investors of millions.
As part of his sentence, Galanis was ordered to forfeit more than $80 million in assets and pay over $80 million in restitution. He was a former business associate of Hunter Biden and testified in March 2024 before a Republican impeachment probe concerning former President Joe Biden. In March 2025, President Trump commuted Galanis's sentence.
Todd Chrisley, 57, and his wife Julie were convicted in 2022 for bank fraud and tax evasion. Savannah Chrisley, who has publicly supported Donald Trump, has stated that Trump officials recognized corruption in her parents' case. Trump later issued pardons to Todd and Julie Chrisley, a decision he commented on in May 2025, suggesting they had received harsh treatment.
Savannah Chrisley addressed the age difference between herself and Galanis, who is 27 years her senior, on her podcast "Unlocked." She stated her preference for a shorter, fulfilling relationship over a longer, mediocre one. She described Galanis as her "best friend" and emphasized their mutual love, respect, and shared activities. The couple also discussed their aspirations as they prepare to become parents.
