Sandra Bullock Shares Halloween Throwbacks With Children
The actress posted a carousel of nostalgic photos featuring her son Louis and daughter Laila.
Sandra Bullock took to Instagram on Saturday to share a collection of Halloween throwback photos with her children, Louis, 16, and Laila, 13. The carousel post included images of Bullock and her children in various costumes, as well as her dressed up from her own childhood Halloweens.
One photo showed Bullock dressed as Jessie, with her son Louis as Buzz Lightyear. Another snapshot featured Bullock and her daughter Laila in matching pirate costumes. The post also included footage of the actress dressing up her dogs and staging a photo shoot.
Bullock captioned the post: "Nothing is off limits in this household. Happy Halloween from us ❤️." The post garnered over 381,000 likes.
In recent months, Bullock has shared rare insights into her personal life. In September, she appeared on the "Not Gonna Lie" podcast with Kylie Kelce, where she discussed her dating life three years after the death of her partner, Bryan Randall, who died at age 57 from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Bullock recounted that her daughter Laila encouraged her to date, suggesting she find someone who could "get stuff." Bullock humorously interpreted this as potentially dating a rapper or basketball player. She also mentioned that her children are primarily interested in whether she returns with gifts for them, joking that her main role was "craft service."
In August, Bullock spoke on the "Smartless" podcast about Randall's final years and his decision to keep his ALS diagnosis private. She became emotional discussing the weight of protecting his privacy, especially during the pandemic while raising her two children, one of whom has severe asthma and saw Randall as a father figure. Bullock revealed that she eventually confided in close friends, including Jennifer Aniston and Amanda Anka, about Randall's condition. She explained that she was "grieving Bryan four years before he passed" due to the nature of the fast-progressing disease.
Bullock has previously stated that her children are her priority, and she plans her professional life around her time with them. "My kids are my everything, so if it doesn’t work for them and my time with them, then I’m not doing it," she told Kelce.
