San Jose Sharks Unveil New 'Draft Beer Skate' Souvenir for Season Opener
The team introduced a novelty mug shaped like a hockey skate, coinciding with their first win of the season.
The San Jose Sharks have introduced a new souvenir item for their fans: the Draft Beer Skate. This novelty mug, shaped like a 3D hockey skate with teal laces and the Sharks logo, was available for purchase at SAP Center starting with the team's season opener.
The vessel features a flat base for stability and adds a unique offering to the team's specialty items for the current season. Its debut coincided with the Sharks' first victory of the season, a 4-3 overtime win against the Florida Panthers.
The opening weekend festivities at SAP Center included special pregame entertainment and enhanced in-arena presentation elements. Luca Cagnoni scored the game-winning goal in overtime for the Sharks.
The team is set to face the Los Angeles Kings in their next matchup at home.
