A Silicon Valley executive has ignited a firestorm on social media after posting a detailed list of her "non-negotiable" dating requirements. Brooke LeBlanc, an executive at the tech company Corgi, shared her criteria for a partner on X, formerly Twitter, seeking assistance in finding the "tech bro of her dreams."

LeBlanc's post, which included a request for someone to "cofound the rest of my life," was followed by a more extensive list of desired traits. Among her requirements were that a potential partner be "healthy masculine," "post economic (still hardworking)," and "on the healing path." She also expressed a strong preference for men who "work in tech."

The extensive list quickly drew sharp criticism from social media users who deemed her expectations unrealistic and out of touch.

"I can’t imagine anything worse than being single and dating in SF," one user commented. Another remarked, "Lol. I thought this was AI slop. Sad to find out it’s real." A third critic advised, "Good luck. Leave your checklist at home and just fall in love with someone. You’re scoring them before you know them. No one wins with this approach. SMH."

In response to the backlash, LeBlanc defended her list, stating, "God forbid a woman asks for what she wants." She further added, "Sorry, I don’t want to date a loser!"

LeBlanc, who is 29, said her "years of dating experience" inspired her to compile the list. She also posted, "Getting bullied on the Internet today, so I can be a financially free hot mom in the future."

The incident highlights ongoing discussions about dating expectations and the challenges faced by singles in competitive urban environments like San Francisco.
