The father of eight-month-old Snow Ray has been named as Michael Bradley Dow, according to birth records, following the model's passing at 34.
The father of Sahara Ray's eight-month-old daughter has been identified as Michael Bradley Dow, 38, according to birth records obtained by TMZ. Ray, an Australian-American model, gave birth to her daughter, Snow Ray, on January 27, 2026, in Los Angeles.
Ray, 34, had previously shared her joy about becoming a mother on social media, writing in January, "Snow Ray 1/27/2026 ... I can’t believe I made this little miracle with my body. I’m so proud and so in love." In July, she posted images of her daughter, calling her "My whole heart... Baby Snow."
The Daily Mail has reached out to legal representatives for Dow. Ray, who was previously linked to Justin Bieber, died on Sunday in a Los Angeles area hospital. A source close to Ray told The Daily Mail that she had been on life support for two days following a fentanyl overdose before her family made the decision to remove her from life support.
"Sahara was an incredibly passionate and kind young woman who loved her family, fashion, her daughter Snow, and surfing," her mother, Gretchen Bach, told The Daily Mail. Bach added, "We're feeling the love that is pouring in from her cherished friends, fans and the many communities that she was part of around the world."
Ray, the daughter of surfer Tony Ray, established herself as a model and social media personality with a significant following. She also founded a swimwear brand called Sahara Ray Swim. Earlier in her career, Ray had spoken about being diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome after a 2024 car accident involving a drunk driver. She described the illness as having caused partial paralysis and requiring her to use a wheelchair and walker at the time, impacting her ability to eat and leading to significant weakness.
