Safiyya Vorajee has publicly announced she is entering her "soft girl era" while embarking on a new relationship. The internet personality shared a post on Instagram Friday showcasing a moment at the airport with her new boyfriend.

Vorajee, 39, first revealed her new romance earlier this month, stating that she and her boyfriend met in Bali. Photos from the trip show the couple engaging in a workout together. In her post, Vorajee reflected on her personal growth, stating, "For a long time, my softness was something I learned to give back to myself. I learned how to be my own safe place. How to protect my peace, enjoy my own company, hold my own hand through the difficult days and build a life that I genuinely loved being in."

She added that allowing someone new into her life felt vulnerable after such focused self-reliance. "Letting someone in isn't just opening your heart… it's trusting them with a version of you that you've worked really hard to find again," she wrote. Vorajee expressed a belief that this new chapter is teaching her to be independent while still receiving care, to feel whole on her own yet make space for another, and to protect her peace without closing her heart. "Maybe the strongest version of me isn't the one who carries everything alone," she mused. "Maybe she's the one who finally feels safe enough to put some of it down. To receive. To soften. To trust the timing and allow something beautiful to unfold without needing to know exactly where it's going."

This new relationship follows a challenging period for Vorajee, including the tragic loss of her daughter, Azaylia, with ex-partner Ashley Cain. Azaylia passed away from leukemia in April 2021 at eight months old.

Vorajee's announcement comes weeks after her former partner, Ashley Cain, faced controversy and was reportedly dropped by the BBC due to historic misogynistic tweets. Cain, 35, addressed the resurfaced posts, stating in an Instagram statement that the comments were made by a younger version of himself over a decade ago. He said he does not deny, excuse, or condone the past behavior, emphasizing his belief in growth and accountability. Cain has stated he "cannot change his past" but believes in proving through actions that a person can evolve. He acknowledged that accountability matters and that individuals should take responsibility for their actions, while also believing in learning from mistakes and personal growth.
