Anna Baker, who has since become a sought-after "elite nanny" and "baby whisperer" for celebrities and wealthy families, shared details of her early career caring for Crowe's sons, Charles and Tennyson, when they were young.

Baker began her work with the now-divorced couple when Charles was seven and Tennyson was five. She described the experience as "insane" and "what a start to my career," highlighting the perks that came with the job. These included first-class travel, stays in top hotels, and the presence of bodyguards.

"I learned what fine dining was and what it felt like to hold a Rolex or a designer handbag," Baker told Perth Now. She also noted the global travel and the general opulence associated with her role.

Despite the extraordinary circumstances, Baker maintained a positive relationship with the family. "It was lush, and I'm so glad I was welcomed by the Crowe family. I still see his beautiful boys and his ex-wife today," she stated.

Crowe and Spencer married in 2003, separated in 2012, and finalized their divorce in 2018. Spencer has previously spoken about the challenges of their post-divorce relationship, noting that while they now have a strong friendship and co-parent effectively, there were difficult periods. Crowe has also indicated that he remains in close contact with his ex-wife.

Baker has gone on to establish several businesses in the childcare sector, including a sleep consultancy and a unique swaddle bag designed for quick diaper changes.
