Roxy Jacenko, the 46-year-old PR executive, is currently enjoying a family vacation aboard a luxury yacht in Portofino, Italy. The trip comes as Jacenko transitions away from her Australian business interests, having recently announced she is stepping down from her role at Ministry of Talent, the influencer management company she founded two decades ago.

During the getaway, Jacenko was observed balancing work and leisure. She was seen filming content for her bag charm brand, Findlay, on the yacht's upper deck, utilizing the scenic Italian Riviera as a backdrop. Later, she was photographed holding papers and her phone while moving around the vessel.

Jacenko, who recently underwent breast revision surgery, also appeared to be relaxing in a bikini, showcasing her figure while lounging on deck. Her blonde hair was styled in a messy bun, and she accessorized with black sunglasses.

Her husband, businessman Oliver Curtis, 46, was also present, dressed casually in a polo shirt, swim shorts, and a cap. A lavish table setting was visible on the yacht, suggesting a family meal. The couple's children are also believed to be on board for the Italian coastal vacation.

Jacenko's move to step away from her Australian business interests follows her relocation to Singapore. She will remain in an advisory role for Ministry of Talent, supporting its new directorship. This marks a significant shift as she hands over the reins of the company she built over two decades.

Oliver Curtis has recently seen substantial success with his artificial intelligence infrastructure company, Firmus Technologies. The company is involved in developing Australia's first green AI factory and has reportedly seen its valuation increase significantly. Curtis is also reportedly preparing to list Firmus on the ASX.
