PR executive Roxy Jacenko has publicly detailed the extent of her cosmetic surgery journey, including four breast augmentations, a rhinoplasty, and liposuction. Jacenko shared this information on her Substack, aiming to provide transparency for others researching similar procedures.
Surgical Procedures
Jacenko's cosmetic procedures have reportedly cost between $85,000 and $120,000 over the years. Her surgical interventions include:
- Breast Augmentations: She has undergone four breast augmentation surgeries, all performed by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Anoop Rastogi. Jacenko stated her first procedure occurred at age 24 and was financed on a credit card. Subsequent surgeries followed her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
- Rhinoplasty: In 2015, Jacenko had a rhinoplasty performed by facial plastic surgeon Dr. George Marcells. She described the outcome as exactly what she desired and reported no need for revisions. She also praised his surgical technique and bedside manner.
- Liposuction: Jacenko underwent liposuction during the COVID-19 pandemic with plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. James Southwell-Keely. This procedure addressed weight gain experienced during breast cancer treatment and while taking Tamoxifen. Fat was removed from her legs, arms, and under her chin. She described the recovery as intensely painful, likening it to being hit by a bus, but noted the satisfactory result of eliminating a double chin.
Post-Operative Care and Future Considerations
Following her liposuction, Jacenko emphasized the critical importance of post-operative lymphatic drainage massage, calling it "vital" and "non-negotiable." She credited therapist Saila Insua from Sydney's InBody Clinic for her recovery. While Jacenko has not undergone a facelift, she indicated that she has identified Sydney plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Liew as her choice for a potential future procedure.
Jacenko also noted her regular use of non-surgical treatments such as dermal fillers and muscle relaxant injections, including Botox.
