WWE Superstar Roxanne Perez is set to make her debut at Triplemania 34 in Las Vegas, participating in a crucial fatal four-way match for a shot at the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. Despite being a prominent member of the WWE's Judgment Day faction, Perez will compete without her stablemates, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, a situation she views as an opportunity for personal growth and a chance to forge her own path to championship success.

Perez's pursuit of the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship will see her face La Hiedra, Faby Apache, and Natalya (Nattie) on Night 1 of Triplemania 34. The winner of this match will earn a title shot at the upcoming Worlds Collide event. Perez expressed confidence in her ability to handle the challenge independently, stating that her stablemates likely understand her capability to seize this opportunity.

"I think they know that I got this. I think they know that I came all the way over here to take an opportunity for myself," Perez told OutKick. "I think being surrounded by champions and obviously there is not another opportunity for a title on the main roster right now because my girls are killing it. So obviously I just thought ‘The Prodigy’ doesn't stay complacent. ‘The Prodigy’ doesn't stay comfortable. So what did I do? I came all the way to AAA to get a championship of my own."

This marks Perez's first appearance at Triplemania, a premier event for the AAA promotion. She revealed that an earlier opportunity to train with AAA when she was 16 was not possible due to her parents' concerns. Now, with AAA having a closer relationship with WWE, Perez sees this as a significant full-circle moment. As a proud Mexican and Puerto Rican, she is particularly excited to represent her heritage on an international stage.

"So, I didn't get to take that opportunity but now AAA is a part of WWE and I'm taking my opportunity and I'm not asking for permission from anybody. I'm so excited to be here and also to just represent my culture. I am Mexican and I'm Puerto Rican, So, to be able to represent that and be here as a main roster WWE superstar, it's really exciting," Perez said.

Perez acknowledged the formidable nature of her opponents, recognizing the legendary status of each woman in the match. She expressed respect for Natalya as a trailblazer for women in wrestling and acknowledged La Hiedra's deep knowledge of AAA and Faby Apache's standing in Lucha Libre.

"So yeah, I have a lot on my plate right now, but it's nothing that ‘The Prodigy’ can't overcome. ‘The Prodigy’ has gone through so much the past 10 years of me wrestling, and if anybody thinks that I'm just gonna let this opportunity slip away, I've been waiting for one opportunity and I finally have it and I'm not gonna let it slip through my fingers," she stated.

Triplemania 34 Night 1 is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. ET in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Arena. The events are being broadcast on YouTube, with Night 2 taking place Sunday in Mexico City.
