Roseanne Barr Claims Lisa Marie Presley Called Michael Jackson Her 'Best Lay'
Barr alleges Presley also shared intimate details about her relationship with Nicolas Cage.
Roseanne Barr has claimed that Lisa Marie Presley described Michael Jackson as her “best lay” and shared intimate details about her relationship with Nicolas Cage, according to an interview with the Hollywood Reporter. Presley, who passed away in 2023 at the age of 54, was married to Jackson from 1994 to 1996 and later had a brief marriage to Cage in 2002.
Barr told the Hollywood Reporter that Presley asserted Jackson was her top sexual partner, stating, “He had it going on. She said he told her all the things girls want to hear.” Barr insisted that Presley “never lied about s–t like that.”
Barr also alleged that Presley divulged details about her intimacy with Cage, remarking, “She told me everybody she was with and their business, the size of it and the use and all of it.” Barr referred to Presley as “the best person that [she] ran around with” because of these disclosures.
Presley's posthumous memoir, "From Here to the Great Unknown," also touched on her relationship with Jackson. In the book, she wrote that Jackson was “still a virgin” when they met, having only shared a kiss with Tatum O’Neal and Brooke Shields, and that Madonna had also attempted to connect with him physically.
Presley recounted being surprised when Jackson initiated physical intimacy, stating he was “not waiting.” She described those times as the happiest of her life. Her mother, Priscilla Presley, also addressed the romance in her 2025 memoir, "Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis." Priscilla Presley called Jackson a “manipulative man” and stated that his marriage to her daughter “appalled” her. She also confirmed with Lisa Marie that they had a physical relationship.
Priscilla Presley's memoir also detailed Lisa Marie and Nicolas Cage's relationship. She wrote about a significant argument on Cage's yacht that led to him throwing Presley's $65,000 engagement ring into the ocean. Priscilla noted that Cage later presented Presley with a larger, ten-carat diamond ring, and they became engaged again.
Lisa Marie Presley was also married to Danny Keough from 1988 to 1994 and Michael Lockwood from 2006 to 2021. She had two children, Riley and Benjamin, with Keough. Benjamin died in 2020 at the age of 27. Presley had twins, Harper and Finley, with Lockwood.
