Robbie Williams, 52, was affectionately referred to as the 'man of steel' by his wife, Ayda, in a new Instagram video shared on Monday. The former Take That star displayed his physique while working his biceps with a resistance cord, shirtless, backstage before a gig.

Ayda filmed the clip, remarking on his appearance and playfully suggesting he claim to have completed a high number of repetitions. Williams quipped he had done '900', while Ayda captioned the post with 'Man of Steel.' His fans responded positively in the comments, complimenting his toned frame and calling him 'the world's most handsome man.'

This display of fitness follows a recent rare family photo shared by Williams and Ayda from Paris. The couple, who have four children, posted a picture with their 13-year-old daughter, Teddy. While Williams wore a beige coat, Ayda sported a black top and jeans. The family photo was shared as they partied in the French capital.

Teddy, whose full name is Theodora Rose Williams, has recently ventured into acting, landing her first major film role in the 2025 Christmas film Tinsel Town. She appeared alongside Rebel Wilson and Kiefer Sutherland. Despite previously keeping their younger children's faces obscured on social media, Williams and Ayda have shown Teddy's face more frequently since her acting debut and appearance on stage during his tour.
