Rich Paul Sparks Marriage Rumors With Adele After Calling Her 'My Wife'

Sports agent Rich Paul has ignited speculation about a secret marriage to singer Adele after referring to her as "my wife" in a recently surfaced video. Paul, 45, was first linked to the Grammy-winning artist, 38, in 2021.
Adele confirmed their engagement in August 2024 during a concert in Munich, Germany. A fan in the audience proposed to her with a sign, to which she responded, "I can't marry you because I'm already getting married." Since then, Adele has frequently referred to Paul as her "husband" during public appearances, further leading fans to believe they had a private wedding.
The latest fuel for these rumors comes from a video posted by Media Haus Co., where Paul was challenged to a crossword puzzle. When asked when he last completed a word search, Paul replied, "Man, it's been a while. But my wife do them every morning."
Paul recently offered a glimpse into his five-year relationship with Adele on the "Glass Half Full" podcast with Craig Melvin. He shared that they met "through a friend" and had known each other for some time before their relationship became romantic. He described their connection as organic, stemming from numerous chance encounters within their shared social circles. "We just used to always see each other, laugh and joke. It was just cordial, really, just cordial," he said, adding that things eventually became "not so cordial" before he became a "person of interest" to the singer.
Paul admitted that while he was aware of Adele's major hits, he wasn't an avid listener of her music before their relationship. Adele, who has sold over 120 million records globally, has also spoken about expanding their blended family. She is mother to a 14-year-old son, Angelo, from her previous marriage to Simon Konecki. Paul has three children: Reonna, Richie, and Zane.
Adele has expressed her desire to have more children with Paul. She has mentioned potential names like Parker and Spencer, noting that Paul likes the name Parker. She also likes the name Ray for a girl.
