Tom Clare, known for his appearance on Love Island, has revealed he is still recovering from a 10-day wedding celebration in Mallorca with his new wife, Molly Smith. Clare described the event as "boozy" and admitted to drinking more than he ever has in his life.
The couple held their second wedding ceremony at Son Marroig, a 17th-century marble temple overlooking the sea. The festivities included celebrations with fellow Love Island alumni such as Sophie Piper, Joshua Ritchie, Casey O'Gorman, and Mitch Taylor. According to reports, the celebrations became so lively at one point that the police were called.
Clare shared on Instagram that the effects of the alcohol-fueled events are still present. He recounted an incident where, after feeling he was starting to sober up, his friends made him consume six tequila shots. "I think I may have a severe couple-of-day hangover. I've never drank as much in my life!" Clare stated in a video shared on social media.
Images shared from the wedding show Clare being lifted into the air by his best man and another groomsman. He also mentioned getting his first tattoo during the celebration.
Fellow Love Island contestant Sophie Piper also shared her post-wedding experiences, waking up with a tequila tattoo on her foot. She described the ink as "so thick."
The group's celebrations extended to a restaurant in Port de Sóller, where local authorities were reportedly called due to the noise. Racing driver Seb Melrose clarified that the police issued a warning for guests jumping into the port, which is prohibited.
Despite the police intervention, social media posts indicated that the wedding party, including the bride and groom, remained unfazed and continued to celebrate, with some guests jumping into the sea and consuming drinks.
