Reality TV Star Sam Wood Faces Domestic Violence Charges

Sam Wood, a prominent figure known for his role on a reality television dating show, has been charged with domestic violence offences. The alleged incident occurred at a luxury holiday villa in Noosa, where neighbors reported witnessing events that led to the charges being laid.

Wood, who is a multi-millionaire fitness entrepreneur, was arrested on Saturday. Details emerged as neighbors at the $3,000-a-night villa, a high-end beachfront complex on Hastings Street, spoke about what they observed.

Wood did not appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday. His legal representation handled the matter on his behalf.

This development comes after scrutiny in November 2025 regarding an Australian Taxation Office pursuit for over $7 million in unpaid taxes. Wood has since been stood down indefinitely from his multi-million-dollar fitness and nutrition empire.

Sam and his wife, Snezana, have daughters Willow, Charlie, and Harper. He is also stepfather to Snezana's daughter Eve, who was seen on social media in the days following the arrest.

Following Wood's arrest, Snezana Wood’s close friend, makeup and hair artist Tahlia Jayde, was observed visiting the family's home in Brighton.

The couple issued a shared statement via Instagram after the alleged incident.
