The burgeoning romance between reality television personality Steven McBee Jr. and influencer Allie Eklund, once a focal point of the latest season of Bravo's 'The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys,' has publicly imploded off-camera. The couple's relationship, which began in late 2025, dissolved amid accusations of infidelity and a subsequent barrage of abusive text messages.
Their relationship, documented on the show which follows the McBee family's cattle business, moved rapidly from their first meeting to discussions of marriage within weeks. However, by the time the third season began airing in June, the six-month romance had ended. McBee initially accused Eklund of cheating in April at the Stagecoach music festival. He shared a screenshot of a video that he claimed showed Eklund dancing intimately with another man at an afterparty.
Eklund has vehemently denied these allegations, stating she was with a group of friends. A source told the Daily Mail that fellow reality star Sydney Groom, known for 'Farmer Wants a Wife,' captured the video, motivated by jealousy due to Eklund's greater social media following. Groom, who has significantly fewer followers than Eklund, has not commented directly on the claims.
In response to McBee's public accusations, Eklund released a statement on Instagram, refuting the infidelity claims and accusing McBee of verbal abuse. She shared screenshots of text messages from McBee, in which he used derogatory language, calling her a "slut," "whore," and "bitch."
Calah Jackson, McBee's ex-girlfriend, also commented, stating that his behavior was consistent with her experiences during their three-year relationship.
McBee later issued an apology for the text messages, acknowledging them as "cruel and degrading" and expressing shame. He stated his intention to seek therapy and improve his reactions to adversity.
Despite the public dispute, a source close to the couple maintained that their relationship was genuine, though McBee was reportedly eager for public attention and for Eklund to join the show. Eklund, described as a "hustler" with substantial income from brand deals and affiliate links, reportedly earns between $150,000 and $400,000 annually.
'The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys' season three is currently airing, with the couple's controversial breakup expected to be a significant part of the ongoing narrative. The series follows the McBee family as they manage their farming and cattle business amid legal troubles, including the patriarch Steven McBee Sr.'s prison sentence for crop insurance fraud.
