KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak, has been indicted on seven felony counts by a Fulton County, Georgia grand jury. The charges stem from an alleged incident in April and include child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment.

Biermann was arrested in August and initially faced two felony counts. He is now being charged as an adult under Georgia's SB440 law, which allows for superior court jurisdiction over individuals aged 13 to 17 accused of specific violent felonies. He is currently being held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for September.

Kim Zolciak has denied the allegations against her son, stating that he passed a voluntary polygraph examination and that no DNA evidence linked him to the incident. In a statement, she expressed concern that the accuser has made similar allegations against others. Zolciak emphasized that false accusations can be devastating and urged for due process, stating that the facts and evidence will establish the truth.

KJ Biermann is the oldest son of Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. The couple also has two younger sons, Kash and twins Kaia and Kane, and Biermann adopted Zolciak's two older daughters from a previous relationship. Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in 2023 after 11 years of marriage, though they later called off their initial divorce filing.
