Reality television personality Pete Wicks, known for his appearances on "The Only Way Is Essex," is reportedly experiencing significant business setbacks while simultaneously enjoying a public romance in Ibiza with Olivia Attwood. Sources indicate that Wicks's company, Unkempt Limited, established in 2021, is on the verge of being dissolved through a compulsory strike-off, a process that removes a business from the official register.

This development follows closely after another of Wicks's businesses, PW Promotions, entered liquidation. Unkempt Limited, which reportedly never conducted business, was deemed 'dormant' and subsequently dissolved this month, according to Companies House documents. This marks a pattern, as other companies previously registered under Wicks's name, including Hermano Clothing and Pirate Pete's Tattoo, also opened and closed without active business operations.

Another venture, clothing firm Happy Brands, for which Wicks served as a director, posted substantial accumulated losses of £796,258 in November 2022. Wicks and co-director Jake Hall resigned on the same day these figures were reported. Approximately a year later, the firm went into liquidation, owing £795,463, and was dissolved in March of the previous year.

Wicks's company PW Promotions Ltd was wound down in 2023. Liquidators Carter Clark are seeking additional time to investigate this company before its final dissolution, as they are "awaiting the outcome of a review of accounting information." A Statement of Affairs filed by Wicks claimed the debt stood at £100,681, but the company reportedly owes more. HMRC is demanding £59,681 in corporation tax, £24,710 in VAT, and £1,273 in PAYE, while trade and expense creditors are owed £35,704, bringing the total demanded by creditors to £121,368.

Despite these financial challenges, Wicks is reportedly enjoying a new relationship with Olivia Attwood, who is in Ibiza filming for the third season of her ITV show "Bad Boyfriends." The couple has been seen together publicly on the island. Attwood previously announced her split from footballer Bradley Dack last year. Reports suggest that Wicks and Attwood began their romance in late February.

Wicks currently has one active company, Staying Relevant Productions Limited, which he co-owns with Sam Thompson. This company has been successful since its launch in 2024.
