Whitney Fransway, a cast member of the Bravo series "In the City," has accused her co-star Lindsay Hubbard of causing significant disruption at another castmate's wedding dinner. Fransway stated in an interview with Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" that the event, intended to celebrate castmate Yvonne Najor, devolved into a "disastrous meal" and a "screaming match" largely due to Hubbard's behavior.
According to Fransway, the dinner began as a discussion about the marital issues of Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke, but escalated when Hubbard allegedly created a chaotic atmosphere. Fransway suggested that individuals feel hesitant to express opinions that diverge from Hubbard's, describing her approach to conflict as "very head-on" and stating that she "doesn't really back down."
Fransway also commented on her own relationship with Hubbard, noting that her boyfriend, Kenny Martin, is one of the few "In the City" cast members unafraid to confront Hubbard. She described both Hubbard and Martin as having "strong personalities" who "stand strong in their opinions."
The tension between Hubbard and Martin was evident in earlier episodes of "In the City," particularly after Hubbard criticized Martin's relationship with Fransway. A preview of the show's upcoming reunion special reportedly shows Martin telling Hubbard, "Lindsay, you collect apologies like you collect souls."
"In the City" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available for streaming the following day on Peacock.
