Jennifer Pedranti, a cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County, has stated that her son was involved in starting a brush fire in Ladera Ranch, California, earlier this week. The fire, which occurred on Narrow Canyon Road, was contained by the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) to approximately seven acres.

In an Instagram Stories post, Pedranti addressed "rumblings" about her son's involvement, confirming, "He and others were involved." She emphasized that she and her ex-husband, Will Pedranti, take the situation seriously, calling the behavior "unacceptable" and expressing apologies to their community. Pedranti also noted their gratitude that no property damage occurred and no one was injured.

Officials from the OCFA reported that the fire threatened nearby homes and prompted a swift response, including a coordinated ground and air effort with two helicopters and two aircraft. This response successfully stopped the fire.

Pedranti described the incident as a "tough learning moment for our son and our family." She indicated that while no arrests were made, consequences are being implemented. Her son will attend a fire safety course, and further consequences will be enforced within the family to ensure he learns from the event.
