Raye Denies Michael B. Jordan Dating Rumors

Singer Raye has clarified the nature of her relationship with actor Michael B. Jordan, stating that they are "just friends who like roller coasters." The comments come after the two were photographed together at Six Flags Magic Mountain on August 7, sparking dating rumors.
Speaking to Extra on the VMAs red carpet, Raye, 28, explained that her outing with Jordan, 39, was innocent. She also mentioned that they are collaborating on an undisclosed project, though she is "technically not allowed to talk about it."
In a separate interview with ET on Sunday, Raye reiterated that she and Jordan are "just lovely friends" and are "working on some things, which is really nice."
Raye also discussed her openness to finding love, stating, "I’m really excited, but also not forcing that chapter." She added that she believes love finds you naturally when you stop looking. "So, I’m just out here doing my work, getting it done, getting sleep when I can."
Previously, in an Aug. 20 appearance on the Today show, the singer revealed she is taking a break from album production until she falls in love. Raye stated that she has written many songs about past relationship failures and is "very bored of that perspective," adding that she is "hard-set" on this new approach, even if it means a decade-long hiatus before releasing new music.
