Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug, whose real name is Xavier Landum, was arrested in Texas on Friday on multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and illegal possession of a firearm. He is currently being held at Collin County Jail.
The 28-year-old artist, known for his contributions to southern hip-hop, trap, and country-rap genres, faces similar charges from a previous arrest a year ago. At the time of his recent arrest, he was out on bail from that prior incident.
BigXthaPlug had been scheduled to perform at the Country Rising Festival. His viral singles include "Texas," "The Largest," and "Mmhmm."
