Raiders Quarterback Kirk Cousins Declares 'In-N-Out Problem'

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins has admitted to a strong affinity for the West Coast fast-food chain In-N-Out, describing it as a "problem." Cousins stated that the chain serves as his preferred "cheat meal," particularly after a Sunday night victory.

"That is a great cheat meal. And coming home from a win on a Sunday night, I don’t know if I can think of a better spot than that," Cousins told reporters.

His go-to order typically consists of two Double-Doubles. However, on occasion, particularly during the off-season, Cousins will order three 3-by-3 burgers for himself, specifying no onions, and also requests fries. He noted that he refrains from ordering milkshakes, which he considers a form of discipline.

"I don’t get onions, but then I also get fries and don’t usually do a shake. That’s probably the one discipline I try to have. But yeah, I can put down a lot of In-N-Out burgers," Cousins said.

Cousins signed a five-year contract with the Raiders valued at $172 million, though it is structured primarily as a one-year, $20 million fully guaranteed deal. His move to the West Coast, he noted, has exacerbated his "In-N-Out problem."

"It wasn’t a big deal when I lived in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. But on the West Coast Time Zone, when I signed with the Raiders, I knew this was gonna be an issue," Cousins explained.

The Raiders are scheduled to face AFC West rivals, the Chargers, in Week 2. While the game is not in Las Vegas, Cousins sees an opportunity for his favored post-win meal if the team secures a victory at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
