Radio host Kyle Sandilands subjected his staff to a lengthy, 15-minute on-air tirade on Monday following a technical issue that delayed his new subscription-only show, "Kyle Sandilands Live." The outburst saw Sandilands berate his executive producer, Jaimee Blazquez, known as Mayo, and mock the appearance of other female staff members.

Enraged, Sandilands demanded to know who was responsible, directing much of his fury at Blazquez, who he accused of being "wishy-washy" and having "no idea what is going on." Despite Blazquez repeatedly attempting to calm him and take responsibility, Sandilands insisted she identify the specific staff member at fault.
"I'm your boss, so I expect you to be honest with me and every f**king question I ask you," Sandilands stated during the exchange. Blazquez pleaded, "I promise I won't stall again... I am sorry, I won't do it again."
When news reader Mary Madigan attempted to intervene and defend Blazquez, Sandilands reportedly responded, "I don't give a f**k what you think." He then commented on Madigan's appearance, calling her "kind" and "smart" but mocking her "shocking fringe."

The broadcast eventually resumed after the staff managed to resolve the technical issue. Sandilands repeatedly complained that the disorganization on set mirrored his previous experiences at KIIS FM.
The tirade has drawn comparisons to a previous on-air conflict Sandilands had with his former co-host, Jackie 'O' Henderson, in February. During that incident, Sandilands criticized Henderson's perceived "fixation" with astrology, which he claimed was affecting her work. That argument reportedly led to the cancellation of both their $100 million contracts.

Henderson's separate lawsuit, seeking $82.25 million, is ongoing in Federal Court.
