A Bloods-affiliated street gang initiated a two-year violent campaign that resulted in 11 shootings and left three people injured, including one man paralyzed, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced Tuesday.

The gang, known as Blitz Gang 4 (BG4) and operating out of South Jamaica's Baisley Park Houses, allegedly launched the series of attacks on rival gangs, including MacBallers, Floss Money Ballers, and Crips affiliate 5th Clocc, in the months following the September 2024 murder of 17-year-old Akim Cisse, according to prosecutors.

Katz announced a 97-count indictment against BG4, detailing acts of violence that terrorized Southeast Queens communities and put residents at risk. "The streets of Queens will be safer this summer," Katz stated at a news conference, following the arrests.

Among the alleged violent incidents was a daylight stabbing outside the Queens Criminal Courthouse in December 2025, where gang members reportedly assaulted a rival before one individual stabbed him. Another incident involved a shooting outside a Sweet 16 birthday party in Queens in February.

Prosecutors also cited a March 2026 incident captured on video at a McDonald's parking lot in Queens. In the footage, a 19-year-old BG4 member allegedly ordered a 15-year-old to shoot a rival or hand over the weapon. The 15-year-old then fired multiple rounds at the suspected opponent, according to Katz.

Members of BG4 are accused of traveling into rival territories to target opposing gangs and allegedly bragged about their violent activities through songs and videos posted on social media. The indictment details that at least three people were wounded during the gang's alleged crime spree, including the individual stabbed near the courthouse and a man shot in the back inside a South Jamaica home, leaving him paralyzed.

This indictment is described as the second phase of a broader crackdown on gang violence in Southeast Queens. Katz's office previously indicted BG4's rivals, the Floss Money Ballers, approximately nine months prior.

Despite the extensive indictment, three suspects remain at large, the District Attorney's office confirmed.
