Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, entering the final year of his rookie contract, has reportedly hired WIN Sports Group to represent him in negotiations for his next deal. This agency also represents Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers, who recently signed a significant contract extension.

Nacua, a fifth-round draft pick in 2023, has quickly established himself as one of the league's top receivers. He holds the NFL record for most receiving yards per game since joining the league, with 95.3 yards per game. His performance has placed him in discussions as one of the best players at his position.

Flowers, who entered the league in the same year as Nacua, recently signed a $140 million extension with the Ravens, which includes $108 million guaranteed. Both figures rank among the highest for wide receivers in NFL history. Nacua's decision to hire Flowers' agent suggests he is aiming to secure a contract that reflects his production, potentially surpassing Flowers' deal and even challenging the record for the highest-paid receiver.

Despite playing fewer games due to injury (44 games for Nacua compared to 50 for Flowers), Nacua's statistical output has been superior. He has accumulated significantly more receiving yards and receptions than Flowers. If Nacua had not missed six games in the 2024 season due to injury, his career yardage would likely be even higher.

Flowers has been a key player for the Ravens, recording back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons and becoming the fastest player in franchise history to reach 100 receptions. He was also among the league leaders in receptions and receiving yards in the 2025 season. However, Nacua's comparative stats suggest a strong case for a lucrative contract.

Unlike Flowers, Nacua was not a first-round draft selection. This means he is not eligible for a fifth-year contract option. As a result, he is slated to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2026 season, making his current contract negotiations particularly important.

Nacua was previously represented by Athletes First before switching to WIN Sports Group, which also represents other notable NFL players such as Dexter Lawrence and Jordan Davis.
