Puka Nacua and Hallie Aiono Reach Agreement in Paternity Case
Los Angeles Rams player and ex-girlfriend settle custody, support, and related matters for their son.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua and his ex-partner, Hallie Aiono, have reached a court agreement resolving matters related to their 1-year-old son, Kingston. The settlement, detailed in court documents filed this week, addresses child custody, visitation, child support, attorney fees, and costs associated with the pregnancy and birth.
Both parties and their legal representatives signed the agreement, which was submitted to an LA County court on Wednesday. While the specifics of the pact remain confidential, the filing indicates that the case may now proceed as an uncontested matter. The agreement will not take effect until it is formally approved by the court, and a timeline for judicial review has not yet been established.
The legal proceedings began in June 2025 when Aiono, then 19 weeks pregnant, filed a petition to establish paternity and requested full physical custody of the child. Nacua acknowledged his paternity in his response but also requested genetic testing.
Their son, Kingston, was born on October 23, 2025. Nacua publicly acknowledged their child in May 2025 via an Instagram video, and Aiono has shared ongoing updates about their son on her social media.
Previously, Aiono alluded to a difficult relationship in a since-deleted TikTok video, referencing betrayal and neglect. Nacua, in a recent social media post, expressed gratitude to Aiono for her sacrifices and efforts regarding their son.
