Protesters Disrupt Trump Rally in South Carolina
At least six individuals interrupted the opening minutes of the event before being removed.
President Donald Trump's campaign rally in South Carolina on Wednesday evening was disrupted by at least six protesters during its initial 20 minutes.
The interruptions occurred as Trump spoke in support of Darline Graham, the Democratic candidate's opponent for the U.S. Senate. Trump also reiterated his attacks on Darline Graham's Democratic opponent, Annie Andrews, whom he has nicknamed 'Tranny Annie' for her alleged support of pro-transgender policies.
Trump addressed the protesters directly, asserting that they were "all paid." He stated, "They're a bunch of losers. They're terrible people. They're terrible. The people that pay them are sick, and they want to destroy our country." The president urged his supporters to vote, advising them to "pretend I'm on the ballot" as he claimed that when he is on the ballot, his side receives 29 percent more votes.
