Prominent Lawyer Accused of Strangulation During Walk with Newborn

Prominent lawyer Tom Bosworth, 37, has been arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident involving his fiancée, Brandi Boose, 27, and their newborn son. The altercation reportedly occurred on a walking path near the couple's $2.2 million mansion in Pennsylvania earlier this month.
According to reports, Boose accused Bosworth of strangulation during the incident. Police were called, and Bosworth was subsequently arrested. He has maintained his innocence.
Details of the incident emerged after a probable cause affidavit stated that Boose claimed she and Bosworth were arguing over alleged infidelity. The affidavit further stated that Boose began throwing rocks at Bosworth during the dispute.
Bosworth, who has a significant online presence with over 300,000 TikTok followers, has previously boasted about his law firm's success, claiming to have secured over $196 million in settlements and verdicts. Images shared on social media, some appearing as early as June of last year, show Bosworth and Boose together, presenting a stark contrast to the alleged events.
Boose, a recent law graduate from Widener University, has a prior legal record, having pleaded guilty to a harassment charge in 2018. The couple's residence is described as a lavish five-bedroom, five-bathroom property.
