Princess Charlene of Monaco adopted a hairstyle reminiscent of her late mother-in-law, Grace Kelly, for the 77th Monaco Red Cross Gala. The royal appeared with sculpted blonde waves, channeling Old Hollywood glamour.
The 48-year-old royal wore a champagne-gold gown and accessorized with 18-karat gold earrings from Ole Lynggaard, valued at approximately $54,500 (£40,467), featuring morganite, green tourmaline, and diamonds. She complemented her look with a bespoke Elie Saab frock and a Midnight clutch from the designer, costing £1,247.
Princess Charlene was accompanied by her husband, Prince Albert II, 68, who wore a white blazer, red bowtie, and black trousers. They were also joined by Camille Gottlieb, the 28-year-old granddaughter of Grace Kelly and daughter of Princess Stephanie, who wore an off-white dress with a thigh slit.
The annual Monaco Red Cross Gala is an event that honors the work of the association and its donors. This year's event included a dinner in the Salle des Etoiles, a raffle, and entertainment by a jazz band. As is tradition, a piece of art was donated to the Monaco Red Cross, with Belgian sculptor Johan Creten contributing 'Eloge de l’Espoir,' a ceramic wall sculpture.
In recent months, Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II have made more public appearances with their twins, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques. The family attended the seventh edition of the Grimaldi Historic Sites Meeting, an event celebrating the Grimaldi family heritage. The twins, now 11, have been featured in more official portraits, with the royal household sharing a photograph for Monaco's Mother's Day showing Charlene with her children.
Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques, born in 2014, are heirs to the throne. Jacques holds the title of Marquis of Baux, while Gabriella is the Countess of Carladès.
