Prince Louis Adorably Grabs Pumpkin in Adorable Halloween Throwback Photo

Prince William and Kate Middleton delighted royal fans by sharing a previously unseen Halloween throwback photo of their youngest child, Prince Louis. The adorable image, posted to their joint Instagram account on Saturday, features a one-year-old Louis reaching for a pumpkin that is nearly as large as he is.

The photo, taken by Catherine, Princess of Wales, shows Prince Louis dressed in a navy blue rain jacket and red rain boots, surrounded by a garden setting. The caption accompanying the image read, "Happy Halloween! 🎃."

Royal enthusiasts flooded the comments section with affectionate remarks. Many users expressed their delight at the sweet image, with one calling the young prince a "precious little pumpkin" and another deeming him "a cutie." A particularly apt comment noted, "A lil’ punkin’ with a lil’ punkin'."

This Halloween snapshot is the latest in a series of personal glimpses the Prince and Princess of Wales have shared of their children in recent months. To celebrate Prince Louis's eighth birthday in April, they released a montage of footage showing him enjoying a day at the beach, including digging in the sand and wading into the sea.

Earlier that same day, a portrait of Prince Louis was also released, depicting him with a confident smile on a boat. The royal couple also shared a photo for his seventh birthday, which captured him sitting on a rock with a noticeable gap where his front teeth had been.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are also parents to Prince George, 13, and Princess Charlotte, 11.
