Prince Harry has shared that he draws on a parenting technique learned from his late mother, Princess Diana, to comfort his own children, Archie and Lilibet. He revealed on the "Joe Marler Will See You Now" podcast that during challenging days, he makes an effort to hold his children "extra, extra tight."

Harry has previously spoken about how Princess Diana would embrace him and his brother, Prince William, with a similar level of affection. The Duke of Sussex recalled this during his conversation with former England rugby player Joe Marler, which was recorded prior to his brief reunion with King Charles.

During the podcast episode, Harry also touched upon lighter subjects, joking about his hair color and identifying "Love Island" as a show he has watched. When presented with choices like Harry Styles, Harry Kane, or Harry Potter, he opted for "Kane on a winning day," and expressed optimism about England's chances in the World Cup, stating, "I think it's coming home."

Discussing his grooming habits, he described his routine as "s***, shave, shower" and mentioned trimming his beard regularly. Regarding his hair, he commented, "Nothing really happening on top," and stated he tries not to focus on it.

When the conversation shifted to more serious topics, such as dealing with trauma, Harry emphasized the importance of exercise, sports, and establishing routines. He also highlighted boxing as an activity that helps him manage aggression and promotes physical exertion.

At the beginning of the interview, Harry humorously recited his full name, "Henry Charles Albert David, Duke of Sussex," in response to a question, eliciting laughter from the podcast hosts and crew. The podcast covered themes of trauma, coping mechanisms, identity, and grief, alongside more casual discussions.
