Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have enrolled their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in a private preparatory school in the United Kingdom with an annual tuition exceeding $35,000. The move comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly relocating to Britain for an extended stay.

The unnamed institution boasts extensive amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, large playing fields, and multiple sports pitches. The campus also offers access to a river for boating and kayaking, alongside specialized facilities such as art studios, a cooking room, science laboratories, a theater, and a music and performing arts center.

The school's dining hall serves three meals a day, with options that have included dishes like falafel and slow-roasted lamb shoulder. For privacy reasons, the specific name of the school has not been disclosed.

Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, are expected to begin classes this week. This development follows the family's return to the UK after living in California for six years. Sources indicate that the decision to move back was partly to allow their children to develop relationships with their royal family members, particularly in light of King Charles III's 2024 cancer diagnosis.

The Sussexes moved out of their Montecito mansion and chartered a private jet to return to England, landing in Birmingham. Reports suggest they are seeking a home in the Cotswolds, a countryside area near King Charles's Highgrove House residence. British hedge fund billionaire Ian Wace is reportedly assisting with the financial aspects of their relocation.

This return to the UK also occurs amid a period of estrangement between Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William, and their father. The rift deepened after Harry and Meghan stepped down from royal duties in 2020 and subsequently shared their experiences in interviews and Harry's memoir, "Spare."

Meanwhile, their cousin, Prince George, is set to begin classes in September at Eton College, an esteemed boarding school that both Prince William and Prince Harry attended.
